Awajishima Shirasu Curry\" and \"Onion Pondoule"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This spring, we are introducing a new product!<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u65b0\u88fd\u54c1_0001.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/eki.uzunokuni.com\/archives\/%E6%96%B0%E8%A3%BD%E5%93%81_0001.jpg\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" \/><br \/>\nIt is not \"Tama-chan\" located at the top of the display shelf that should be noted,<br \/>\nAwajishima Shirasu Curry and Onion Pondole<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u65b0\u88fd\u54c1_0002.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/eki.uzunokuni.com\/archives\/%E6%96%B0%E8%A3%BD%E5%93%81_0002.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><br \/>\nFirst is the Awaji Island Shirasu Curry.<br \/>\nWe are particular about Awaji Island ingredients, and the onions are, of course, grown on Awaji Island.<br \/>\nI also used shirasu (dried young sardines) that are currently being landed in Japan to make a new curry.<br \/>\nNot just adding shirasu, but also focusing on the taste,<br \/>\nIt took approximately four months to complete the prototype.<br \/>\nNow it has a new taste that we can confidently recommend.<br \/>\nAnd next,<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\u65b0\u88fd\u54c1_0003.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/eki.uzunokuni.com\/archives\/%E6%96%B0%E8%A3%BD%E5%93%81_0003.jpg\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" \/><br \/>\nOnion Pondole.<br \/>\nI use onions from Awaji Island for this as well,<br \/>\nIt can be used for both ponzu and dressing.<br \/>\nIt has an exquisite combination of richness and acidity,<br \/>\nIn addition, the taste is accented with the sweetness of onions.<br \/>\nThe package design is smart and will surely be appreciated by the recipient as a souvenir. ^)<br \/>\nWe hope you will enjoy both of them.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are our new products for this spring!
