Irori Shokudo Uzushio offers a menu of Awaji Island 3-year torafugu (blowfish) and other dishes that make use of 100 seasonal ingredients carefully selected from Uzushio's offerings throughout the year. Another attraction of our restaurant is that you can enjoy a relaxing dining experience to your heart's content at our seats overlooking the spectacular Naruto Straits. The entire staff looks forward to serving you.
