Winner of the 24th Awaji Island Creative Cooking Contest, Special Prize in the Cooking and Confectionery Divisions!

Two staff members of Michi no Eki Uzushio won the "Special Award" in the Awaji Island Creative Cuisine Contest and were introduced in Buratto Awaji Island!

We used plenty of Awaji Island's charms, including Awaji Island milk! I took on this challenge with an attitude of learning, so I never expected to receive such a wonderful award.
