However, Fukura Bay has tidal currents due to the influence of the Naruto Straits, and the water temperature is low even in early spring, making it an ideal environment for growing cherry salmon, which are large and delicious. In addition to this, local farmers use their advanced techniques and many years of experience to cultivate the fish in conditions close to nature, resulting in the raising of high quality cherry salmon.
