The rice is cooked on the spot using local Kinuhikari produced in Umamawari, Yagi, Minami-Awaji City, and is available for tasting!
Umamawari is a place in the middle of a mountainous area where no domestic wastewater comes in, and it truly deserves the name "village of clear streams.
We would like everyone to try the new rice produced in Bakai, the village of such clear water, so please come and visit us!
New rice will be sold on the day of the event.
All days end at 16:00, so feel free to visit!
