This spring, we are introducing a new product!

It is not "Tama-chan" located at the top of the display shelf that should be noted,
Awajishima Shirasu Curry and Onion Pondole

First is the Awaji Island Shirasu Curry.
We are particular about Awaji Island ingredients, and the onions are, of course, grown on Awaji Island.
I also used shirasu (dried young sardines) that are currently being landed in Japan to make a new curry.
Not just adding shirasu, but also focusing on the taste,
It took approximately four months to complete the prototype.
Now it has a new taste that we can confidently recommend.
And next,

Onion Pondole.
I use onions from Awaji Island for this as well,
It can be used for both ponzu and dressing.
It has an exquisite combination of richness and acidity,
In addition, the taste is accented with the sweetness of onions.
