One day it was record warm for November, and the next day it was cold. It was a three-day weekend, swept away by the fickle autumn weather. It looks like it is going to be a full-blown winter from now on, so please take care not to catch a cold.
As we reported the other day, planting of Awaji Island onions has begun!
Tecchan's Awaji Island onion seedlings are now on sale at Uzushio Roadside Station Shop Uzunokuni.
Currently, we are offering the very early variety, the so-called new onions, but the varieties are changing as the days go by: early, medium, and late varieties.
We will also provide you with a form that describes the cultivation method supervised by Tecchan, so you can rest assured.
Compared to other vegetables, Awaji Island onions are relatively easy to prepare (according to Tecchan).
Why not try growing Awajishima onions at home?
(Sorry for all the same pictures as last time)
