Awajishima Onion and Fortune-Maki Festival" - Not rice cakes, but "onions" are rolled!
What is an onion roll, not a rice cake roll?
淡路島の特産品であるたまねぎを お餅の代わりにまきます。
今年はみかん、レタスなども追加！
When sowing onions, wrap them in cushioning material for safety before sowing!
普通のお餅もまきますが、玉葱ドレッシングなどの淡路島お土産やバーガーとの引換券が付いたたまねぎもあるので、 ぜひたまねぎを狙ってみてください！
さらにさらに、人形遣いに扮したスタッフによる淡路人形の戎舞も催されます。
This is a New Year's Day event filled with good fortune.
