What is Challenge Day?
This is a sports event in which all residents, regardless of age or gender, participate, with the aim of creating an opportunity to make sports a daily habit, improve residents' health, and revitalize the community.
In approximately one day, the contestants compete for the number of minutes of continuous exercise or sports activity lasting at least 15 minutes.
Challenge Day was also introduced in the Kobe Newspaper on May 10, 2019.
