It is now December and it is getting colder and colder. It is cold to the core, and it feels like winter.
I hope everyone will take care not to catch a cold!
The Uzushio Shop Uzunokuni at Michi-no-Eki has a selection of sake from local brewer Uzubijin, and we are pleased to announce that the following products finally arrived in stock yesterday!
That is,,
This Junmai Daiginjo Mugendai!
When you open the box.
It comes in a beautiful wooden box.
This Mugendai is the pinnacle of the Miyako Bijin Sake Brewery, made using only Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and made using a 100-year-old method called funagake tenbin shibori, which takes a lot of time and effort to make.
This infinity is so large that it was offered in ANA's international first class in 2009!
It is dry and has an alcohol content of 16 to 17 degrees. It is suitable for both Japanese and Western cuisine.
I want to enjoy good drinks in luxury at least during the year-end and New Year's holidays!
A good sake souvenir when you go home for the New Year's holiday!
Please come to Uzushio Shop Uzunokuni at Roadside Station.
The best sake of Miyako Bijin Sake Brewery has arrived.
