Tomorrow, the sweet white corn produced by Mr. Shun Sakoda will finally arrive!

Starting tomorrow, 7/16, white corn produced by Mr. Shun Sakoda, producer of Awajishima onion honeydew, specially grown with 100% organic fertilizer, will arrive!

Mr. Shun Sakoda, a producer of Awaji Island onion "Mitsu-tama," which has a great aftertaste with less egumi-ness and pungency, is trying his hand at producing white corn this year! Last year, when he tasted white corn produced by a farmer he knew, he was so impressed by its sweetness and taste that he decided to produce white corn himself.

He then decided to incorporate the techniques he had developed with honey beads into his cultivation methods.

By growing the corn with reduced pesticides and feeding it with enzymes, they were able to produce white corn that is less eggy, has a richer flavor, and is easier to eat. The average sugar content is 15 degrees, and at its highest, more than 17 degrees, which is higher than that of melons!

It is so fresh and juicy that it can be eaten raw. When cooked further, the aroma and sweetness will flood your mouth.

Mr. Sakoda's white corn will be on sale at Shop Uzunokuni from tomorrow!
