The authentic "Hamo (Japanese pike conger) of Awaji Island" is now available!

As the saying goes, "Hamo (Japanese conger) tastes better after passing through the rainy season," and this is the season for delicious hamo (Japanese conger) from Awaji Island, the home of hamo.
On Awaji Island, the best way to enjoy hamo is in a "hamo suki-nabe" with onions, a specialty of the island. Hamo (conger eel) and onions go well together.
It is as delicious as you would expect it to be. Please enjoy it as a nourishing food in midsummer.
