The "3-year Torafugu Burger" somehow made it in time!

Roadside Station Uzushio "Awajishima Onion Kitchen" is now offering its third seasonal burger, the "Awajishima 3-year Torafugu Burger".

Awaji Island's winter brand fish, Awajishima 3-year torafugu, is made into a crispy cutlet, and then lavishly topped with three pieces of Awaji lettuce and Awaji onion slices. Topped with Awaji Island 3-year torafugu skin dipped in ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice)! The combination of the two in a fluffy bun makes for a perfect match.
The selling price is 1,000 yen (tax included). It tastes as good as the "Awajishima Onion Beef Burger," which won first place in the nation (^v^).
