The Awajishima Burger Awajishima Onion Kitchen, located at Michi no Eki Uzushio, is currently selling the Awajishima 3-year Torafugu Burger, a burger made with Awajishima 3-year Torafugu, which is in season in winter on Awaji Island, from November 1, 2014 (Sat) through February 28, 2015 (Sat). The burger is available for a limited time from Saturday, November 1, 2014 to Saturday, February 28, 2015!
Awajishima 3-year torafugu is made into a crispy cutlet, and then topped with three slices of lettuce and onions. Topped with Awajishima 3-year torafugu skin dipped in ponzu sauce! The combination of the two in a fluffy bun is truly outstanding, making this Awajishima burger a bit of a luxury this time of year.
It is healthy and light, so please try it when you visit our restaurant.
