The burger is available for a limited time from Saturday, November 1, 2014 to Saturday, February 28, 2015!
Awajishima 3-year torafugu is made into a crispy cutlet, and then topped with three slices of lettuce and onions. Topped with Awajishima 3-year torafugu skin dipped in ponzu sauce! The combination of the two in a fluffy bun is truly outstanding, making this Awajishima burger a bit of a luxury this time of year.
