A collaboration of Awaji Island onions and Izu wasabi.
The sweetness of Awaji Island onions and the spiciness and flavor of Izu honwasabi (Japanese horseradish) that comes later in the dish are superb!
The flavor is perfect for salads, meat dishes such as roast beef, and fish dishes such as carpaccio.
