Two layers of Awaji beef patties, a blend of coarse and fine ground beef, are sandwiched with a fried egg, tomato, onion, and layers of folded lettuce. The volume is approximately 13 cm high! This bold burger is finished with a fresh and spicy sauce made from a soy sauce base with black pepper and the juice of Awaji Island Naruto oranges, a species indigenous to the island, and mustard. *The Uzumachi Terrace branch basically sells the burger in a picnic box that includes the burger, onion rings, and a choice of drink.
